Preconference online registration is now closed. You can bring a registration form to Columbia Hall and register onsite during these times:

Multiple Registrants Discount (Value Pack Discount)

Special Members Only Offer – register three or more staff members from the same organization at the full conference rate and additional registrants will receive the value pack registration discount. To receive the discount, please use the paper registration form and fax or mail in the forms with payment.


Student Registration

Students and recent graduates from accredited educational institutions may be eligible to attend the 2014 Philanthropy Exchange Conference at the student rate. Students should complete the registration process and submit a letter with area of study, anticipated graduation date, and the reason for attending the conference to registration@cof.org. Students who are affiliated with an organization that is a Council member should register through the organization.


Guest Registration

Spouses or partners of primary registrants are eligible for the guest registration fee.


Registration Cancellation

All 2014 Philanthropy Exchange Conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@cof.org. All cancellation refunds prior to April 30, 2014 will incur a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after April 30, 2014.


Council Member Discount for Joint Affinity Group’s (JAG) Unity Summit

Council members can take advantage of a discounted bundle rate by registering for two conferences! The 2014 Philanthropy Exchange will build on the Joint Affinity Group’s (JAG) Unity Summit that precedes the conference.

Please note: The cost will be $425 for JAG and $900 for the Philanthropy Exchange for a total of $1,325. This requires registration for both events and two registration forms will need to be completed. A total discount of $150 ($50 for JAG and $100 for Philanthropy Exchange) will be applied on the second registration form you complete. Once you register for Philanthropy Exchange, you will receive instructions on how to register for the JAG Unity Summit. If you register for the JAG Unity Summit first, instructions will be sent with that registration on how to receive the discount to Philanthropy Exchange.
