Registration

Online registration is now closed. If you would still like to register for the conference, please fill out the paper registration form and bring it to the registration desk on the Terrace Level of the Washington Hilton.

Registration Rates

Full Registration

Member = $1,200
Member Value Pack Group Rate*= $1,080
Non-member (not eligible for Council membership) = $1,800
Non-profit (must have a .org email address) = $1,440
Government (must have a .gov email address) = $1,200
Student = $249
Guest = $199

*Special Members Only Offer – register three staff members from the same organization at the full conference rate, and any additional registrants will receive the value pack registration discount. To receive the discount, please use the paper registration form and fax or mail in the forms with payment.

Preconference Programming Registration

You can register for only preconference programs by using the paper registration form.


Foundations on the Hill Registrant Discount

Foundations on the Hill registrants are eligible for a discount to attend the Annual Conference. Council members will receive a $250 discount off a full conference registration. Nonmembers will receive a $100 discount off a full conference registration. The discount will be taken off the applicable conference registration rate (member, non-member, and non-profit.) Please check your Foundations on the Hill registration confirmation email for the discount code.


Student Registration

Students and recent graduates from accredited educational institutions at the college or graduate level may be eligible to attend at the student rate. Students should submit a letter/email with area of study, anticipated graduation date, and the reason for attending the conference to registration@cof.org. If approved to attend the conference at the student rate, then students should fill out the paper registration form and send it to the Council's secure fax number listed on the form as online registration will not accommodate student registration. Students who are affiliated with an organization that is a Council member should register through the organization.


Guest Registration

Spouse/Partner/Relative of a registered attendee. Attendance only to non-ticketed social events including receptions. Not included: Session and plenary attendance, breakfasts/lunches, ticketed events. Cost of guest registration is $199.


Registration Cancellation

All 2016 Annual Meeting Conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@cof.org. All cancellation refunds prior to March 9, 2016 will incur a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after March 9, 2016.


No Solicitation Policy

Council events are not opportunities for solicitation of any kind, including asking for business, fund management, or grants. All types of solicitation are strictly prohibited. For more information, read our no solicitation policy.
