Brian Horn

Brian Horn is the former Legislative Assistant at the Council on Foundations. He works with the public policy team and Council members to help educate members of Congress on the issues important to philanthropy. He also works closely with the Charitable Giving Coalition.

Before working at the Council Brian worked on multiple congressional campaigns, and was an intern for U.S Senator Chuck Schumer.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and American studies form Hobart College. He is originally from Rochester, NY, but loves living in DC. Outside of work Brian enjoys playing bocce and kickball, spending time with friends and family and traveling.
