Jessica Pearce is the Content Designer for Member Experience and Diversity Inclusion at the Council on Foundations. In this role, Jessica is responsible for assisting with conference programming and speaker management for onsite conference events.
Jessica has over 10 years of experience organizing, developing and designing educational programming and experiences for association professionals. Before coming to the Council, Jessica was the Program Manager at the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. She assisted Housing and Community Development agencies across the country stay abreast of trending topics and changes within the industry. She has also worked with the American Institute of Architects as a program manager for architects in specific fields and interest in architecture as well as the Society for Neuroscientist in developing programs for minorities in neuroscience.
Jessica received her M.S. with a focus on Non Profit/Organizational Management at Trinity University in Washington, DC.
A native Washingtonian, Jessica stays busy during her down time with an extremely busy teenage daughter.
