Tim Huber is the Research and Policy Associate at the Council on Foundations. He works with the public policy team to analyze and research policies that impact philanthropy. Tim has been one of the primary planners for Foundations on the Hill, and helped to manage the policy team’s technological platforms for more than two years.
Prior to working at the Council, Tim interned with Open World Leadership Center at the Library of Congress and worked in the IT department at Loyola University Maryland.
Tim received his bachelor’s degree in global studies with a minor in political science and concentration in Russian from Loyola University Maryland. He is originally from Maryland, but spent most of his childhood growing up in Kiev, Ukraine. Tim speaks Russian and enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee and guitar, cooking with his lovely wife, and spending time with his family and friends.
