Tim Huber is the Senior Associate for Public Policy at the Council on Foundations. He works to connect policy and philanthropy, and advocates for an environment that promotes giving.
Tim graduated with honors and received a B.A. in Global Studies from Loyola University Maryland with a minor in political science and concentration in Russian. Prior to his work with the Council, Tim interned with Open World Leadership Center at the Library of Congress and was a Senior Student Technician for the IT Department at Loyola University Maryland.
While originally from Maryland, Tim spent most of his childhood growing up in Kiev, Ukraine. He enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. He lives in Maryland with his wife, Micaela; son, Elias; and Samoyed puppy, Winston.
