Vince Rodriguez

Vicente L. Rodriguez is the former Vice President of Member Experience at the Council on Foundations. In his role, he oversees the development and implementation of all of the Council’s national conferences, meetings and convenings. Most recently, he served as Senior Program Planning Advisor in the Education & Training Department at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. There he was responsible for developing and managing the CONNECT Conference & Innovative Showcase, the Directors Conference and the Human Resources Conference. He also served as administrator for the nationally-recognized Certified Cooperative Communicator (CCC) program.

Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience developing, directing and evaluating national programs and conferences for the Federal government as well as the private and non-profit sectors. He has held management positions at the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, United Cerebral Palsy, Betah Associates, Inc., the Academy for Educational Development, and the National Minority AIDS Council, where he developed and directed the award-winning National Skills Building Conference, currently called the United States Conference on AIDS.

Originally from Cuba, Rodriguez holds a B.S. in Organizational Development and Human Resources from George Mason University and is the recipient of numerous honors and awards. He enjoys traveling, reading, music, theater, movies and spending time with his spouse, extended family and friends.
