New Data on Spend-down Foundations and Setting Priorities for Further Research on Diversity and Effectiveness: An Update on Council Research Collaborations

Last Update: Thu, December 11, 2008
Description
Effective grantmaking requires robust data that increase knowledge and offer new insights into the ways we work. Recently, the Council partnered with other key philanthropic research groups to ensure you have the best data available on two very complex issues: spending down versus existing in perpetuity; and diversity, inclusion, and effectiveness. Join us at this session as representatives of the Council and our partners–the Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action (ARNOVA) and the Foundation Center–discuss key findings and promising new research directions.
