During recent years, government, media, and public scrutiny has focused increasingly on foundation diversity issues. In response, numerous leadership efforts and discussions in the field have created exciting opportunities to advance foundation and sector effectiveness through greater investment in diversity-related education, mutual support, infrastructure development, best practices, and innovation. This session will feature a conversation on this emerging work, with a focus on implications for foundation CEOs and trustees.
