Kahlee Yeldell serves as the Conference & Events Manager for the Council on Foundations. Working closely with the conference planning team Kahlee has helped to deliver thoughtful, dynamic and entertaining learning experiences to our members. She has aided in the development of session content, networking events, and logistics for nine Council Conferences in nearly four years and continues to stay informed about advances in meeting practices and content development trends within the philanthropic sector.
Kahlee joined the Council in February 2012 after moving from New York City where she worked with the Aaron Consulting Company on more than 30 successful nonprofit events including the annual fundraising galas for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, the Africa-America Institute Awards, the Joyful Heart Foundation and the Allan Houston Legacy Foundation.
Kahlee received a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from St. John’s University in Queens, New York where she also worked in the university’s department of athletics with their Division I Men’s Basketball program. Her passion for sports fueled past employment and volunteer opportunities with the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, the Cleveland Browns, and Madison Square Garden Networks. She now hopes to be just as involved in local sports philanthropy efforts in her new hometown.
In her downtime, Kahlee enjoys volunteering, traveling, winning chili cook-offs, and hitting a few buckets at the driving range.
You should contact Kahlee for past, present, and future conference information; including but not limited to sessions, venues, and conference materials.
