Compliance with the myriad of statutes, regulations and other rules that govern foundation operations requires constant diligence and oversight. The Council provides resources and guidance on a variety of compliance topics including expenditure responsibility, self-dealing, public reporting and disclosure requirements, as well as information regarding penalties, excise taxes and other consequences of noncompliance.
