2018 HR Summit

The 2018 HR Summit: Developing Our Talent, co-hosted by the Council on Foundations and CHANGE Philanthropy, is your unique opportunity to share your personal and organizational journey as it relates to talent management and development. This collective will provide a forum for peer-to-peer learning during which participants will educate each other, share experience, and transfer knowledge.

During this convening you can expect engaging, intimate conversations led by field experts focused on:

  • Talent Management Philosophy: Identify your talent management philosophy and consider methods to develop it in a way that your organization can embrace.
  • The New Power at Work: Learn how power dynamics are shifting in the workplace and understand how this will impact the future of your workplace.
  • Barriers with Solutions: Develop the tools and strategies you need to move the needle of change in your organization in alignment with your talent management philosophy

All programming for this dynamic convening will be curated by Council and CHANGE Philanthropy staff in collaboration with a working group of foundation leaders.

The HR Summit is open exclusively to HR leads and limited to 40 attendees. Please note that this event will sell out. Registration is first-come; first-serve.

The Council on Foundations is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This program is valid for eight (7.25) PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. Information about certification/recertification available at shrmcertification.org.
