Amy Millington joined eBay Foundation in 2003. In her role as President, she oversees the Foundation’s strategic philanthropy initiative, The Opportunity Project, as well as eBay’s global employee community involvement initiatives, notably the GIVE Team program and the Green Team program. There are currently thirty-five GIVE Teams and thirty-five Green Teams responsible for coordinating employee recommended grants, promoting volunteerism, and implementing green, sustainable business practices around the globe.

Amy came to eBay Foundation with a diverse range of nonprofit experience. Most recently before joining eBay, Amy worked for NetDay where she was responsible for managing the daily operations of an AmeriCorps program site in Oakland, CA. She has also worked as an analyst for a policy research firm and in asset management for an affordable housing developer. Amy received a Master in Public Policy and a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
