Developed out of a trending conversation on the Philanthropy Exchange (PhilEx), the Council invites you to join a peer-led discussion of how community foundations are adapting programmatic strategy to deliver their core mission amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Join peers from community foundations across the country to discuss how they are adjusting their existing programs and workloads to prepare for the ongoing shifts in community needs that will continue to unfold over the coming months as we move from crisis response to recovery. Attendees will discuss topics that include:

  • New ways of working to increase collaboration with other funders to meet the dramatic increase in needs
  • Changes to grantmaking or other community leadership programs
