All conference events will take place at Loews Miami Beach unless otherwise noted.

Room Rates

Single/Double occupancy = $289.00/night plus local taxes and fees

Resort Amenity Package = $13.00/night plus local tax 

Registrants will receive instructions for how to book their room at the discounted group rate in an email with "Confirming Your Event Registration" in the subject line immediately after registering for the convening. 

The discounted group rate for the Loews Miami Beach Hotel are guaranteed until March 26, 2019. Please note that room availability is limited and the room block may sell out before the deadline. 

These rates are good, based on availability, three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates.

Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival to receive a refund on your deposit. If a reservation is canceled after the cancellation period, a penalty may be applied. 

Early Departure Fee: Conference participants with confirmed reservations wishing to check out prior to the reserved checkout date will be assessed a charge of one night's room and tax. Participants wishing to avoid the early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Check In: 4:00 p.m.
All guests arriving before 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Guest services can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on their departure day.

Check Out: 11:00 a.m.


Self Parking: $16.00 plus tax per vehicle, per night
Valet Parking: $43.17 plus tax per vehicle, per night
