Tina Chang is the Database Manager at the Council of Foundations. She is responsible for database and membership system configuration and administration; along with data queries, reports design, development, and analysis.
Before joining the Council, Tina served as a database administrator and application developer in several organizations. She has over 15 years of IT experience and has been working closely with membership, marketing, finance, and other departments. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a master’s degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems, and a graduate of the University of Baltimore with an MBA degree.
Tina lives in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia with her husband Tom, a Maine Coon cat, and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She enjoys the city life in Old Town, along with family activities such as walking with the dogs, reading, movies, classical music, and travel.
