Amy Dominguez-Arms is a Senior Advisor with the 2020 Census Project and Fair Representation in Redistricting Initiative. She also is the lead consultant to Philanthropy California’s Fair Representation Fund. Amy serves as a philanthropic and nonprofit consultant on program strategy, design and implementation, grantmaking, and assessment. Clients include: Barr Foundation, Democracy Fund, Ford Foundation, Haas Jr. Fund, Hewlett Foundation, Immigrant Legal Resource Center, Packard Foundation and Southern Poverty Law Center. Previously, Amy served as Vice President for Programs for The James Irvine Foundation, where she oversaw a $75 million grantmaking portfolio focused primarily on democracy and youth issues. Earlier she served as the foundation’s California Democracy Program Director. Previously, Amy was Vice President of Children Now, a nonprofit research and advocacy organization. Amy serves on the boards of National Immigration Forum, NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) and the Outdoor Foundation. Amy earned her MPA at Harvard University’s Kennedy School and her BA in International Relations and Spanish at Stanford University.
