Atti Worku

Atti Worku, AVFund’s co-CEO, is a seasoned nonprofit leader and advocate for greater equity and racial justice in philanthropy and development. Prior to joining the Fund, Atti founded and led Seeds of Africa for over 10 years. Seeds of Africa is an Ethiopian grassroots organization dedicated to developing the educational foundation for the next generation of African leaders. She is also an experienced and recognized speaker and writer. She is currently based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
