Caitlyn leads initiatives in affordable housing and exploratory work in economic opportunity at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI). She previously served as Chief of Staff of CZI and in that role, helped launch the organization and its initial work in basic science, education, and engineering. Prior to CZI, Caitlyn was an Associate at Redstone Strategy Group, advising a range of philanthropic and social sector clients. Caitlyn previously worked for the Rockefeller Foundation in strategic planning and developing new areas of work for the Foundation, with a focus on impact investing and urban issues. She also worked in management consulting serving technology and financial services clients on corporate strategy.
Caitlyn graduated from Brown University with a degree in Political Philosophy and received her M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
