Hernan Blanco

Hernan's has more than 25 years of experience in issues related to sustainability, public participation and conflict management, organizational development and climate change. He has worked in the NGO sector, as a consultant for private and international organizations, and as a lecturer for graduate programs in Chilean universities. Between 2011-2016 he led the Mitigation, Action, Plans and Scenarios (MAPS) project in Chile, in order to generate baseline information for the country's NDC. He is program director in Fundación AVINA, where he is part of the climate change and water programs, as well as being Avina's national representative for Chile.
