James C. Dozier

James is the President of Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES) and CRES Forum. He has led CRES since its 2013 founding and in that time has focused on growing conservative support for clean energy solutions. James brings a wealth of Republican grassroots organizing, advocacy, and political experience to CRES and works to build support among right-of-center clean energy champions at the federal and state levels. CRES and CRES Forum develop programs to educate policymakers and the public on conservative solutions around clean energy policies.
