Keshee Dozier-Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of the Rural Health Medical Program Inc. a federally qualified community health center in the rural black region of Alabama. Keshee is a community development leader at heart with a passion and interest in socio-economic strategic planning and execution for individuals in transition. Mrs. Smith has extensive experience in organizational start up, stakeholder management, communication development, digital branding and social media presence, people development and process improvements. Prior to joining the RHMP, Mrs. Smith established the Black Belt Community Development Coalition a self-help program for the homeless individuals and families to empower themselves to re-enter their communities sober, employed, financially stable, in a stable home, and closer to completing their academic goals. Mrs. Smith has a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics with a minor in Management from Spelman College and she is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and The Links Incorporated. Mrs. Smith is a board member of the Alabama Primary Care Association, Congressional District COVID-19 Advisory Board and the Selma-Dallas YMCA Board.
