Leticia Peguero

Leticia Peguero brings more than 25 years of experience in social justice programming and philanthropy to her work as vice president of programs at the Nathan Cummings Foundation. In addition to her role at NCF, Leticia serves on the Executive Committee of Grantmakers for Girls of Color, and is a trustee of Philanthropy New York, where she co-chairs the Governance and Nominating Committee and previously chaired the work on equity and inclusion. Alongside her work in philanthropy, she is also a professional certified life and executive coach, focused on helping women and people of color thrive personally and professionally through her company, Otra Forma Consulting. Leticia has worked at organizations throughout the Tristate area such as the Andrus Family Fund – Surdna Foundation, Posse Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation–LFP Program, Planned Parenthood of New York City, and the Door. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University and graduated with honors from the Marxe School of Public Affairs with a Master of Public Administration where she was a National Urban Fellow.
