Nicole Varner

Nicole joined CAF America in 2012 and is currently the Senior Director of Donor Advised & Grant Services. Nicole manages a core segment of the grants team with a focus on charity vetting, grantmaking, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with Executive leadership and CAF America's Board of Directors to maintain the organization's grantmaking protocols and due diligence processes. As part of her role, Nicole is also charged with developing the technology systems needed to operate CAF America's grant programs. She also manages key client relationships, providing strategic guidance and oversight to corporate, foundation, and individual giving programs. 

Nicole holds a BA in Anthropology with minors in Spanish and Business Administration from The George Washington University. She enhanced her Anthropology degree through her studies at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in Spain. She is certified in Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) by the Society of Tax and Estate Professionals (STEP).
