Discount Codes

If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Add Coupon or Promo Code" box during checkout. Discounts are valid only on full conference registration and cannot be applied to previous registrations or combined with any other discounts.

Registration Rates

Member Full Conference

Before January 31, 2017 = $1,020
After January 31, 2017= $1,200
Group Discount = 10% off
Member organizations who register more than 3 individuals will receive 10% off the current rate for the fourth and each subsequent individual registration. To take advantage of the group discount, complete the paper registration form and send it to registration@cof.org.

Non-Member Full Conference

For Profit = $1,800
Nonprofit (must have a .org email address) = $1,440
Government (must have a .gov email address) = $1,200
Student = $249
Guest = $199

International Attendee Full Conference

Member & Non-member = $899

Day Rates

Preconference Programming Registration

To register for only preconference programs, select "Preconference and Daily Rates" under "Registration Information" during the online registration process; or use the paper registration form.

Student Registration

Students and recent graduates from accredited educational institutions at the college or graduate level may be eligible to attend at the student rate. Students should submit a letter with their area of study, anticipated graduation date, and the reason for attending the conference to registration@cof.org. If approved to attend the conference at the student rate, students should then fill then out the paper registration form to register. Students who are affiliated with an organization that is a Council member should register through the organization.

Guest Registration

A spouse, partner, or relative of a registered attendee may attend non-ticketed social events such as receptions. This does not include session and plenary attendance, breakfasts and lunches, or ticketed events. The cost of guest registration is $199.

Registration Cancellation

All 2017 Annual Conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@cof.org. All cancellation refunds prior to March 21, 2017 will incur a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after March 21, 2017.

No Solicitation Policy

Council events are not opportunities for solicitation of any kind, including asking for business, fund management, or grants. All types of solicitation are strictly prohibited. For more information, read our no solicitation policy.
