Rachel Sklar

Rachel is licensed to practice law in New York and holds a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City.  She double majored in Art History and Spanish at Indiana University, Bloomington.  Before joining the Council, Rachel spent several years working at a global non-profit and then founded a public charity with a focus on sustainability and land recycling.  Rachel has been living in New York City for ten years and now considers herself a New Yorker.  She is a painter and active in her local artist community.
