Yuliya Tychkivska is the executive director of the Aspen Institute Kyiv. Yuliya is a co-founder of Bendukidze Free Market Centre. Yuliya has served as a Vice President at Kyiv School of Economics. She is a civic activist in Ukraine and founder of the Open University of Maidan. Ms. Tychkivska also worked as a Head of the advisory group for the Ukrainian Minister of Economic Development and Trade.
Yuliya graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a master’s degree in economics and she is a graduate of the Atlas Leadership Academy. In 2017 Yuliya was elected as a Curator of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Kyiv Hub.
In 2018 Yuliya Tychkivska was selected by Forbes as a Top 30 under 30 in Europe, was a winner of the Top 30 under 30 award by the Kyiv Post, and entered a list of Top 100 successful women of Ukraine in 2017-2021.
