As Vice President, Human Resources, Clara Northington leads all Foundation efforts in attracting, hiring and retaining an engaged and effective workforce through services, programs and communications that drive a healthy culture, support employee development and reinforce the organization’s mission, vision, values and overall brand. As VP of HR, Clara provides leadership and strategic direction for HR Operations, ensuring alignment with the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the foundation, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management and compensation. She also works with leaders and staff across the organization to advance a culture grounded in the organization’s commitment to intentionally and systematically engage in policies and practices that promote accountability, collaboration, transparency, justice and equity for our staff.
