The U.S. Supreme Court issued its ruling on two cases: Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) v. Harvard and SFFA v. University of North Carolina (UNC), which has impending impacts on philanthropic organizations, specifically for community foundations. Ben McDearmon, Director of Legal Services spoke during this engaging session designed for community foundation leaders, explored the significance of these court rulings, and provided updates to address critical questions on how this might impact your community foundation.
