Floyd is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Floyd comes to the Council most recently from Baker & McKenzie, LLP, where he has spent the past eight years as the North America Director of Diversity and Inclusion. He brings almost twenty years of experience as a diversity practitioner, developing and implementing diversity & inclusion programs across multiple industries and has a very strong background in strategic planning, pipeline management, diversity planning and metrics and curriculum development.
Floyd began his career in diversity at Accenture, a global business consulting organization, where he was instrumental in developing the first of the company’s Employee Affinity Groups. He also contributed to the programs and diversity training courses that are still in place at Accenture today. Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, Floyd served as Assistant Vice President of Client Services for Global Lead Management Consulting, a diversity and inclusion consultancy. In this role, he was responsible for developing diversity and inclusion programs for several organizations.
Floyd provides leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that work to support the Council’s goals related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
