Deanna James has served the St. Croix Foundation for more than 15 years, having the chance to support general operations, grantmaking, and educational program development. Ms. James has managed the Foundation’s Fiscal Sponsorship Services for 40+ small non-profits and grassroots initiatives, which operate under the Foundation’s 501(c)3 umbrella. Over recent years, Ms. James has helped the Foundation to develop one of the single largest education reform initiatives in the Territory in investment, scope and impact. Ms. James is a native of the Virgin Islands, and looks forward to continuing to work to make the Virgin Islands a vibrant and prosperous community.
