Recommendations to Strengthen DAFs presented by the COF Strengthening Community Philanthropy Ad Hoc Working Group
Community foundation executives were invited to join a peer roundtable conversation to learn more about new recommendations for community foundations and our sector, related to donor-advised funds (DAFs).
David Kass, Council on Foundations, shared the DAF policy recommendations resulting from an ad hoc working group of 11 community foundation CEOs, convened by the Council on Foundations over the last six months.
This CEO Roundtable focused on:
- Learning about the recommendations that were developed by the Working Group,
- Asking questions about the recommendations and provide feedback, and
- Hearing about the proposed next steps.
Additional perspectives from leaders will be sought throughout the roundtable with direct involvement. Please be prepared to share video for better engagement within the platform Zoom.
